It’s not tacky and hideous design, and doesn’t smack of “I’m just trying to make a buck here, not actually contribute something useful to the intar-webs.” Really. Financing things is always such a PITA if you’re not rich or old.
It always seems to turn into a multi-day event with you (well, us) putting tons of effort and multiple visits to
the bank (credit union) into it to keep the ball rolling. There’s always some mixup on the price / amount being
financed, and there’s the credit verification hell, and cosigners, and forms and signatures being faxed hither and
yon, and you (we) spend the entire time wondering (a) if it’s really worth it and (b) if you’ll (we’ll) even get the
damned financing at some point…
