The unexpected

Always expect the unexpected. Did I mention I *hate* the unexpected?

I’m that person who is obsessed with planning. What am I doing today? Tomorrow? Next week? Next year? I love to plan ahead, think it through, etc.

Yesterday I got a call right at the end of the market, from a company I applied to through Jobdango. I got through a brief phone pre-interview, and the lady askeed me to come in today. So I did. It went okay, I guess. We’ll see how it goes.

But in the meantime, I can’t plan what I’m going to be doing in the near future, because now I don’t know. Snarf.

We did good at the market, though. That was cool.

    That’s great that your soap is doing well and you’re selling. My products are doing so much better than a year ago. In fact, I’m interviewing contract sewers :)

    Oh! Sorry :( We really need to get a new sign, I just haven’t figured out what I want yet or how to make it. My old sign was painted on a piece of old deck board, but the deck board is all gone now… I was thinking something cloth, but I’m not sure how to do it — paint on it, I guess…

  4. I don’t know if it’s economical to have a silkscreen company do a run of just one or two signs, but if you have a black and white logo I think they can photograph it and screen it onto cloth in any color you like. There’s probably some more modern technology that a quick-sign shop has, that can get you the same result.
