Oh Boy
I blame Betsy. I’ve discovered Last.FM and it is awe-inspiring. My username is oregonclaire, if anyone is interested in my particular musical tastes… although I’m just getting started, so I guess my list is thin…

…I see you found my stream. Yes, it’s absolutely addictive! I am hooked. And really, I’m beyond impressed with the idea and how they’re doing it. Sheesh – it logs your songs, and then provides a stream of your favorites. Want to find more artists you might like? Surf playlists where a favorite of yours is highly ranked.
I stumbled onto the band Lucero that way… they’re sort of Wilco/Uncle Tupelo/Son Volt-ish.
P.S. Sliced bread is soooo over-rated. I’ve completely given up on it in a romantic sense. It’s far sexier to rip a mini-loaf in pieces and dip it in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
I’m so glad I can be such a bad influence – in such a good way!
